On February 26th, get out a book and read a fairy tale to your child. Or even bettter, use your imagination and make your own fairy tale. Let your child in on the fun and tap into their imagination for parts of your tale.

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 cup white sugar
- 2 very ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/4 cup applesauce
- 1/3 cup nonfat milk
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup chopped walnuts
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Spray a bread pan with non-stick cooking spray, and lightly dust with flour.
